By partnering with functional product owners and technical teams, you will define requirements, drive initiatives to completion, and ensure that systems, processes, and support structures are ready for the Três Rios ramp-up and future expansion.Job Description\nJob Description\nLead the wing-to-wing execution of technical projects and operational initiatives supporting the Três Rios overhaul shop and broader Celma operations.\nPartner with functional product owners, DT teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and project plans.\nOwn project management activities for assigned initiatives, including scope definition, schedule, risk management, communication, and status reporting.\nEnsure project outcomes are delivered on time, with the expected quality and alignment to business, regulatory, and customer requirements.\nMonitor and analyze the performance and quality of programs implemented in country, identifying issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nAct as a key interface between shop operations, DT, engineering, quality, and other functions, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders.\nBuild strong relationships with internal customers to understand their business models, operational challenges, and priorities.\nSupport customers and proactively anticipate their needs, helping to define and prioritize solutions that deliver the best value proposition.\nDrive change and continuous improvement by applying new tools, methods, and technologies to improve outcomes and productivity.\nApply problem-solving methodologies to identify multiple solution options, perform scenario analyses, and drive implementation.\nSupport a high-pace, production-driven environment, balancing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining quality and compliance.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Manufacturing/Industrial or related field.\nExperience in technical project execution, business operations, DT/IT projects, or similar roles in industrial environments.\nDemonstrated experience in project management (scope, schedule, risk, stakeholders) and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make decisions with incomplete information.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to adjust message to different audiences, from technical teams to management.\nExperience collaborating across functions (operations, DT/IT, quality, logistics, planning, finance) to drive execution and results.\nProficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with project management tools.\nFluent Portuguese and English, with ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.\nDesired Characteristics\nExperience in aerospace, MRO, or industrial operations environments.\nDemonstrated ability to act as a change agent, introducing new tools and methods and driving stakeholder buy-in.\nExperience providing strategic consultation to internal customers and technical teams.\nProven influence skills, resolving conflicting opinions and building consensus around project decisions.\nExperience implementing roadmaps and improvement programs in a manufacturing or operational context.\nDemonstrated leadership behaviors aligned with accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and GE Aerospace FLIGHT DECK principles.\nAdditional Information\nWork Location: Três Rios, RJ -
