Is recognized as a critical team member by supplier or commodity\nActs as a Project Manager for large complex suppliers along with others\nHas manufacturing expertise across multiple related part families and processes, along with deep domain expertise.\nGuides and influences suppliers’ performance based on manufacturing expertise.\nActively drives cost reduction efforts within assigned supply base and is proactively engaged in addressing cost issues.\nActive in supplier selection based on value. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary.
