You will partner with product management teams to create a clear strategic direction for product needs and convey that vision to the build and/or operations team. You will direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners and Developers. Key areas of focus will be standardizing digital products/integrations and processes to enable scalable growth in the use of the technologies.\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn the relationship between business process needs and Solumina MOM capabilities, serving as the DT functional expert for the platform.\n\nLead requirements gathering, solution definition, and prioritization with stakeholders across manufacturing sites and headquarters.\n\nDrive integration strategy and execution across Solumina, SAP, PLM, MES, and ERP systems.\n\nEstablish KPIs and success measures to improve adoption, process performance, and business value.\n\nBuild and maintain the product roadmap, implementation plans, and cross-functional delivery alignment.\n\nPartner with users, leaders, and technical teams to gather feedback, resolve issues, and continuously improve the solution.\n\nInfluence product direction through collaboration with internal GE Aerospace teams and external product/vendor discussions where applicable.\n\nProvide domain leadership in MOM/MES processes, manufacturing operations, and enabling technologies.\n\nMinimum Requirement\nBachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of5years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of10years of professional experience\n\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in TechnicalProduct Ownership/Product Management or Information Technology.\n\nNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience\n\nEligibility Requirement\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.\n\nDue to the nature of the work being performed, this role requires the individual to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance.\n\nDesired Skills\nDeep domain depth in smart factory and manufacturing business processes.\n\nExperience implementing MES and production optimizations products preferred but not mandatory.\n\nKnowledge of Model Based Enterprise concepts.\n\nExperience with SCRUM/Agile software development methods.\n\nUnderstanding of Lean continuous improvement principles and methods.\n\nBasic knowledge of Computational Geometry concepts/application (e.g., NX).\n\nBasic understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) configuration and customization (e.g., Teamcenter).\n\nBasic knowledge of shop floor Operational Technology concepts with a focus on CNC control systems and software implementation.\n\nActive US DOD Security Clearance.\n\nUnderstanding and knowledge of DT Security control frameworks (i.e. NIST, ISO, etc.) as well regulatory requirements impacting DT systems (i.e. DFARS, ITAR, DoD/MoD, etc.).\n\nThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
