Contribute to building service-oriented platform components that can be reused by the team.Job Description\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nIn this role, you will:\nExecute data mapping, data movement, and interface tasks that support data quality within PLM and MDM platforms.\nParticipate in technical discussions for assigned projects and document the resulting design decisions.\nDevelop, configure, and test designs for assigned components and tasks.\nFollow established enterprise architecture standards and domain governance.\nResearch and evaluate tools and emerging technologies to support assigned project tasks.\nContribute to the development of software and data delivery platform components that are service-oriented and reusable across the team.\nBuild and test proof-of-concepts (POCs) using established, hardened design patterns under guidance - hands-on execution is a core part of this role.\nWork with the project lead to understand requirements and align assigned work with project goals.\nCollaborate with the business function to address data-related problems involving systems integration and product structure.\nApply methods and validation mechanisms for ensuring data quality and accuracy at the point of entry.\nSupport vendor evaluation activities within the PLM functional space by gathering information and providing input.\nBuild peer and cross-functional relationships to share best practices and improve team effectiveness.\nExperience working with enterprise platforms around ALM and PLM.\nExposure to microservices, SOA, Big Data systems (Hadoop, etc.), enterprise search tools (Elasticsearch, Solr), cloud technologies, and DevOps.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience in Application Engineering\nNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience\nEligibility Requirement:\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
