This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure successful deployment and ongoing operational excellence.\nJob Description\nJob Responsibilities\nLead and manage the technical integration of X-bat solutions for the customers, from initial planning and design to implementation, testing, and post-deployment support.\nCollaborate closely with customer engineering teams to understand their existing infrastructure, technical requirements, and operational workflows.\nDevelop and execute detailed integration plans, for ensuring efficient and accurate communications between GE and customer IPT's.\nLead proposal activities for new or modified work scope\nProvide expert technical guidance and support to customer during all phases of integration, troubleshooting complex issues and offering solutions.\nConduct technical workshops and training sessions for customer teams on GE product capabilities, key processes, best practices, and integration methodologies.\nWork cross-functionally with GE Aerospace product development, Systems Engineering and support teams to convey customer feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure alignment.\nDocument integration processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive knowledge bases and repeatable methodologies.\nProactively identify potential integration challenges and work with customers to mitigate risks and ensure project success.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of integration tools, processes, and documentation.\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as integration engineer, solutions architect, or field applications engineer, preferably within the aerospace or high-tech industry.\nGE Aerospace will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.\nDesired Characteristics:\nProven experience with complex system integration projects, involving hardware, software, and data interfaces.\nStrong understanding of networking protocols, data communication standards, and cloud-based architectures.\nProficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and data manipulation.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into actionable solutions.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements.\nExperience with aviation systems, avionics, or related aerospace technologies is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.\nThe base pay range for this position is 130,000.00 - 173,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
