We believe in the power of our people and in giving them the freedom to explore, discover and build good things, together.\nThe GE Appliances philosophy, backed by three simple commitments defines the way we work, invent, create, do business, and serve our communities: we come together, we always look for a better way, and we create possibilities.\nInterested in joining us on our journey?\nMonogram Refrigeration, LLC CMM OperatorPosition\nCMM OperatorLocation\nUSA, Selmer, TNHow You'll Create Possibilities\nEssential Functions (Responsibilities): These duties are not all-inclusive and may change over time.\nSupports Management, the Quality team, Engineering team, and Operations in all aspects of Measurement Requests for the site.\nRead and interpret Engineering Drawings\nPerform Root Cause Analysis, organize and maintain systematic records\nComplete 3D Scans, interpret data, and make recommendation to engineers based on results \nPrep parts for Scanning - including Targeting and Spray Painting\nObtaining required CAD data from Engineer or CREO/Windchill needed to complete analysis\nKnowledge and application of GD&T - Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing\nKnowledge and application of Polyworks 3D Metrology Software\nInterpret and apply new programs changes in Cameo Studio software language for new CMM measurement programs\nPerform required measurements on the CMM and transition to 3D Technology and enter data into system\nScan Box VMR Programmer\nUse assorted metrology instruments (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, Ray Tech, CMM, 3D Scanner)\nRead and use analogue and digital meters and also use specialized gauges and equipment\nProficient at Scanning with GOM Atos systems of equivalent\nPerform foam tests - Rinco and cup tests - on all B foam tanker loads - also verify offload tank temperatures prior to offload\nPerform Karl Fischer test to determine the moisture content of the oil\nPerform LOI testing for moisture content\nCross Trained in other jobs within the Quality Department\nComputer literate and skilled in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook & other essential MS Software, additional Metrology Software as applicable\nWhat You'll Bring to Our Team\nEducation/Qualifications /Requirements:\nRequired: completion of secondary school qualification in a technical field, military equivalent, or minimum of 2 years of related experience, Six Sigma Certification a plus\nUnderstand Engineering Drawings, GD&T, and Gauge R&R Process\nExperience in CAD and/or manipulation of 3D CAD data\nCritical Thinking Skills to understand Test Requests and Proper Instrumentation to deploy, be able to work autonomously with limited Supervision and Multi-task \nRequires standing, stooping, walking on concrete 90 to 100%, occasional lifting, reaching, turning and carrying up to 75 pounds.
