This role works cross functionally with Product Management, Product Fulfillment, Plant Operations and Sourcing to deliver a level-loaded production schedule that meets the demands of our customers.\nPosition\nMaster SchedulerLocation\nUSA, Decatur, ALHow You'll Create Possibilities\nTranslate the customer’s needs into a build signal for the factory and the supply chain, focusing on long term strategy/capacity of planning plant production.\nDrive 95% production mix.\nWork with Fulfillment and Plant Operations to plan a forecasted production schedule, while assessing needs vs. manufacturing or supplier constraints.\nCoordinate with Product Management and Fulfillment teams to plan ahead for promotional periods.\nGenerate and manage production forecast.\nWork with PFM to align plan production with customer demand.\nUtilize Proficy to manage and update schedules.\nWork with Material Planners to overcome material shortage issues.\nManage process for AS-IS Finished Goods.\nResponsible for communicating significant changes to master schedule and large forecast variations to plant team.\nManage timing and accounting for FG trials.\nSupply Chain Management\nManage key supply chains that directly and significantly effect mix attainment(control panels, steel, barcodes, etc.).\nKey Reporting\nOwn key reporting around FG output.\nWhat You'll Bring to Our Team\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.\nAt least 5 years of combined experience in manufacturing, design, or materials management.\nSix Sigma certification.\nLeadership experience in assembly operations.\nDeep knowledge of demand planning, supply execution, and order fulfillment processes.\nProficiency with Oracle EBS and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.\nProven ability to influence and drive change in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles.\nFlexibility to work on-site and adjust to different shifts when needed.\nExpertise with Oracle ERP systems, including EBS and VCP modules.\nExperience managing Bills of Material (BOM).\nBackground in supporting new product introduction (NPI) and new materials management (NMM) launches.\nOur Culture\nOur work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
