Success in this role requires exceptional design ability, creative thinking, and the ability to independently lead projects from concept through execution.\nPosition\nSenior Creative DesignerLocation\nUSA, Louisville, KYHow You'll Create Possibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nTranslate business objectives into compelling visual concepts and campaign creative.\nPartner with the content team and stakeholders across the business to develop creative that supports corporate brand initiatives.\nServe as a primary creative consultant, helping internal partners shape ideas into compelling visual campaigns and communication experiences.\nDesign high-quality creative assets for digital, print, presentations, reports, websites, and events.\nAdapt creative concepts across multiple channels and formats, ensuring campaigns remain cohesive across web, social media, presentations, print, events, and internal communications.\nDevelop enterprise-level communications including annual and economic impact reports, executive presentations, newsletters, brochures, signage, and event materials.\nDesign visually engaging website pages and digital experiences that improve storytelling, usability, and audience engagement within the company's content management system.\nCreate compelling visual assets, graphics, and design systems that strengthen storytelling across digital and print channels.\nDevelop and maintain scalable design systems, templates, reusable assets, and brand standards that improve consistency and efficiency across the organization.\nStay current on emerging trends in design, user experience, branding, and creative technology while leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve quality, speed, and workflow efficiency.\nManage and evolve the team's digital asset management system, ensuring creative assets are organized, accessible, and reusable.\nWhat You'll Bring to Our Team\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or related field.\n5 years of professional experience in brand design, creative services, or agency environments.\nExceptional portfolio demonstrating campaign development, digital design, presentation design, and visual storytelling for companies or brands.\nExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software. \nExperience designing presentations, reports, websites, newsletters, and enterprise communications.\nExperience designing within content management systems and modern digital publishing environments.\nStrong understanding of typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and user-centered design.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently present creative concepts and explain design decisions to stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with responsive web design principles and digital user experience best practices.\nExperience supporting multiple internal clients within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.\nOur Culture\nOur work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
