You will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless payroll operations, contributing to our commitment to excellence.Position\nSenior Payroll RepresentativeLocation\nUSA, Louisville, KYHow You'll Create Possibilities\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPayroll Issue Resolution: Assist Payroll Manager in troubleshooting payroll issues such as missing payments, retro payments, and pay rate changes, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.\nPayroll Adjustments and Benefits Processing: Input payroll adjustments and process benefit-related payments such as adoption, emergency aid, and completing wage statements with precision and adherence to company policies.\n Audit Reporting: Run and analyze audit reports (Kronos) to ensure data integrity, identifying and correcting any inconsistencies or errors.\nData Integrity and Accuracy: Maintain a high level of data integrity and accuracy in all payroll processes by meticulously auditing payroll data and implementing checks to prevent errors.\nTimecard Accuracy: Ensure timecards are coded correctly and submitted timely for payroll runs, and proactively follow up with business leaders to address any discrepancies.\nReport Creation and Management: Create and manage ad hoc and template Workday reports, providing valuable insights and data analysis to support payroll operations.\nCross-Department Collaboration: Take direction from multiple managers and work collaboratively across departments to streamline payroll operations and enhance communication.\nPrompt Inquiry Response: Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from employees, HR managers, and business leaders, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues swiftly.\nProject Support: Support Payroll Manager with various project work, contributing to the successful execution of payroll initiatives and strategic goals.\nProcess Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the Payroll COE to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall payroll performance.\nWhat You'll Bring to Our Team\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n2 years of experience in payroll processing and/or administrative responsibilities.\nExperience using Kronos and Workday; or similar payroll system.\nProven analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nProblem-solving abilities and detail-oriented, with a commitment to process ownership\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nPrevious high-level transaction processing experience.\n***We are pleased to offer the flexibility of working from home 2 days per week and on-site presence at our headquarters in Louisville, KY, for the remaining 3 days each week.***\nOur Culture\nOur work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
