The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving and storing products from incoming shipments and participating in daily production needs. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Position\nWarehouse AssociateLocation\nUSA, Elkhart INHow You'll Create Possibilities\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nReceive and process warehouse stock products (unload, package, and store)\nStage and load trucks for delivery.\nUtilize scan gun to process incoming and outgoing orders\nAssist with production requirements for switching refrigerator doors from right to left opening.\nPerform inventory counts and keep quality standards high for audits.\nKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.\nReport any discrepancies.\nCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.\nOperate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.\nFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.\nAssist with other operations when asked.\nWhat You'll Bring to Our Team\nREQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS:\nProven working experience as a warehouse worker.\nShipping and receiving experience.\nOperate forklift and clamp lift preferred.\nGood organizational and time management skills\nAbility to lift heavy objects up to 90 lbs.\nOur Culture\nOur work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
