The software is part of GE Healthcare Molecular Imaging scanner products.Job Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nCoding of algorithms and reconstruction tools in C++ / OpenCL / CUDA parallel environments.\nArchitecture and design of complex software subsystems.\nWork with algorithms engineers and scientists to understand mathematical and physical algorithms, and design optimal solutions to implement the algorithms.\nWork with other software teams to define interfaces between the Reconstruction environment and other software subsystems.\nOptimize reconstruction engines to meet performance run-time requirements and usage of memory resources.\nWrite software requirements and design documents.\nDesign and execute software unit-tests.\nDefine and support Verification & Validation team in design and execution of system testing plans.\nSupport field investigations - upon need.\nData and configuration management and control of generated code.\nInitiate and conduct technical reviews of work done.\nGet to know trends and new technologies in the computing and software industry.\nRequired Qualifications\nB.A/B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer sciences/computer engineering/software engineering from a known academic institution.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in C/C++.\nExcellent C/C++ programming, including debugging, performance analysis, and testing.\nExperience in software architecture and design.\nAbility to creatively solve complex problems.\nStrong oral and written communication skills to work effectively with other team members.\nDesired Skills\n5+ years of algorithms implementation hands-on experience.\nExperience in parallel programming multi-core CPU / GPU.\nExperience in OpenCL/CUDA.\nKnowledge in MATLAB, Python.\nKnowledge in image processing.\nStrong performance optimization skills.\nWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge medical imaging technology that improves patient outcomes.
