Academic, research, personal, or internship projects demonstrating strong technical capabilities are highly valued.\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement reconstruction algorithms and software tools in C++ within parallel CPU/GPU environments.\nCollaborate with algorithm engineers and scientists to understand mathematical and physical algorithms and translate them into robust software solutions.\nContribute to the architecture and design of complex software components.\nCollaborate with software teams to define interfaces between the reconstruction environment and other software subsystems.\nAnalyze and optimize software performance, runtime, and memory usage.\nWrite software requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.\nDesign and execute software unit tests.\nSupport the Verification & Validation team in defining and executing system testing plans.\nSupport technical investigations and field-related issues as needed.\nParticipate in code reviews and technical reviews.\nMaintain configuration management and control of generated code.\nContinuously learn and apply new technologies in software engineering, algorithms, and high-performance computing.\nRequired Qualifications\nB.A./B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field from a leading or well-regarded academic institution.\nStrong academic record and demonstrated technical excellence. Academic honors, outstanding projects, research achievements, scholarships, or participation in programming competitions are highly valued.\nStrong knowledge of C/C++ programming, demonstrated through academic, research, personal, or internship projects.\nSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, debugging, and software testing.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the creativity to tackle complex technical challenges.\nIntellectual curiosity, fast-learning ability, initiative, and a passion for technology.\nStrong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.\nDesired Skills\nHands-on implementation of algorithms through academic, research, or personal projects.\nExposure to parallel programming on multi-core CPUs or GPUs.\nFamiliarity with OpenCL or CUDA.\nKnowledge of MATLAB and/or Python.\nKnowledge of image processing, computer vision, or medical imaging.\nUnderstanding of software performance optimization.\nExperience with research projects, publications, open-source contributions, or competitive programming.\nWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge medical imaging technology that improves patient outcomes.
