Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.\ntex\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the design and development of mixed-signal (analog and digital) electronic assemblies.\nAssist in schematic design, component selection, circuit simulation, and design verification activities.\nPerform board bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and hardware validation.\nExecute electrical characterization, functional testing, and reliability testing of prototypes.\nDevelop and maintain engineering documentation, including test reports, design documents, schematics, and verification records.\nCollaborate with Systems, Software, Mechanical, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to support product development activities.\nParticipate in design reviews and support regulatory compliance testing.\nSupport product transfer-to-manufacturing activities, including prototype builds, production validation, issue resolution, and manufacturing documentation.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nApproximately 3+ years of experience in electronics hardware design and product development.\nFundamental knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.\nExperience with schematic capture and circuit simulation tools such as PSpice or equivalent.\nHands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, testing, and laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, etc.).\nFamiliarity with PCB design principles and hardware development processes.\nStrong technical documentation and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing portable or embedded electronic products.\nFamiliarity with EMC/EMI design concepts and regulatory requirements.\nExposure to medical device development and standards such as IEC 60601.\nExperience with Altium, Cadence, OrCAD, or similar EDA tools.\nWhat You'll Do\nWorking alongside senior engineers, you will contribute to the development of innovative handheld ultrasound products from concept through production, gaining exposure to design, verification, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing while building expertise in medical device electronics development.\nInclusion and Diversity\nGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law.\nWe expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership - always with unyielding integrity.\nOur total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
