You will drive cross-functional programs and shared services in a highly regulated healthcare environment, ensuring alignment between business strategy, customer outcomes, and execution excellence.\nTPM Organization LeadershipLead and develop a high-performing TPM organization supporting complex, cross-functional programs and shared services.\nEstablish clear operating expectations, organizational priorities, and resource allocation aligned with business objectives.\nCoach and develop TPM talent, strengthening program leadership, stakeholder management, execution rigor, and strategic thinking.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.\n\nStrategic Portfolio ManagementDrive portfolio planning and execution across products, services, and business segments, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and customer outcomes.\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives, dependencies, milestones, and investment priorities across the portfolio.\nPartner with segment, product, and engineering leaders to enable adoption of shared platforms and maximize business value.\n\nExecution, Risk & Dependency ManagementEstablish governance and operating mechanisms that improve execution visibility, predictability, and accountability.\nLead management of portfolio-level risks, dependencies, releases, escalations, and resource constraints.\nFacilitate resolution of cross-team challenges and ensure critical issues are communicated and addressed effectively.\n\nStandards, Governance & Operational ExcellenceDefine and drive adoption of common program management frameworks, tools, metrics, and best practices.\nStandardize planning, reporting, milestone readiness, release management, and portfolio governance processes.\nEnsure portfolio health, compliance requirements, and operational excellence are consistently monitored and improved.\n\nFinancial & Business ManagementPartner with Finance and leadership teams on budget planning, investment prioritization, cloud cost management, and chargeback processes.\nMonitor portfolio performance and provide data-driven recommendations on priorities, investments, and tradeoffs.\n\n Executive Communication & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, Security, and business segments.\nDeliver executive-level reporting on portfolio health, key risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes.\nDrive alignment across stakeholder groups and represent a unified portfolio perspective in leadership and business reviews.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Program Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of program or portfolio management experience, including 5+ years leading Technical Program Management teams.\nSignificant experience leading complex technical programs, strategic portfolios, or program management organizations within a global, matrixed environment.\nDemonstrated people-leadership experience, including building teams, coaching program leaders, setting organizational priorities, and developing talent.\nStrong experience managing cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Security, Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders.\nProven ability to lead portfolio planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, executive governance, and organizational escalation.\nExperience operating across multiple products, platforms, services, geographies, or business segments.\nStrong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC), cloud platforms, agile delivery methodologies, and product development processes.\nDemonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into executable plans, governance mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.\nStrong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience using enterprise planning and execution tools such as Aha!, Smartsheet, Rally, Jira, Jama, or comparable platforms.\nAbility to operate effectively in an environment characterized by significant technical complexity, interdependencies, changing priorities, and multiple decision-makers.\nDesired Characteristics:\nProven leadership in digital transformation, including cloud modernization, platform adoption, and organizational change initiatives.\nExperience within healthcare technology, medical devices, or other highly regulated industries, with a strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and risk management.\nKnowledge of AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) methodologies, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices, including deployment of AI-enabled products and services.\nAbility to simplify complexity and create clarity across technical, business, and organizational domains, translating strategy into actionable execution plans.\nAbility to balance tactical execution with long-term strategic objectives while influencing across highly matrixed organizations.\nCurrent PMP certification preferred.\nLean/Six Sigma certification preferred.\nWe will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.\n\nAdditional Information\nGE HealthCare offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
