Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.\ntex\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nDuties include (but are not limited to):\nLead Innovation NPI/Iteration NPI/VCP/Maintenance Projects. \nDriving effective communication across businesses and functions.\nDriving product planning and multi-generational product/platform roadmap execution.\nWorking with the Business Team and program leadership team to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features.\nCross-functional project execution leadership including (but not limited to) concept discussion, program execution, clinical and pilot trials, and product field delivery.\nWorking closely with Product Definition team in order to drive product direction.\nWorking with customers to solicit product feedback and leading cross-functional teams to drive customer support.\nLead Program team to do worldwide registration for new product.\nQuality Specific Goals:\nAware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.\nIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.\nDrive compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Control FDRs and NPI program milestones.\nIdentify continuous improvement activities by initiating the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or above within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline.\n5 years experience with excellent program management, execution planning.\nDemonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQ’s.\nDemonstrated experience driving variable cost productivity (VCP) and Inventory Carrying Value (ICV) reduction to enable optimized product margins.\nDemonstrated competency in providing leadership and direction to cross-functional program aspects and resources.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.\nStrategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change across the segment products.\nSound technical and domain experience in at least one functional technology area\n Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire NPI cycle.\nStrong written and oral communication skills\nExcellent knowledge in engineering, program management and planning process.\nSelf-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task.\nDemonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation.\nDemonstrated LEAN skills.\nInclusion and Diversity\nGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
