Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.\ntex\nJob Description\nRoles & Responsibilities\nDrive project execution and delivery to ensure key milestones and commitments are achieved on time, with appropriate quality and technical rigor.\nEstablish clear priorities, execution plans, deliverables, and ownership within the engineering team, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.\nLead hardware design and development activities throughout the lifecycle, including requirements alignment, solutions identification, design, integration, and release.\nProvide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams in solving complex program execution issues.\nPartner closely with program management and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, timely decision-making, issue resolution, and successful product delivery.\nIdentify execution gaps and potential schedule risks early, develop mitigation and recovery plans, and drive actions to closure.\nEnsure designs meet product requirements for performance, reliability, quality, safety, serviceability, manufacturability, cost, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nBalance technical excellence with schedule, cost, resource, and business priorities to enable effective engineering decisions.\nDrive continuous improvement of engineering processes, development efficiency, design quality, and execution predictability.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.\n8+ years experience in program/project management within a product development or engineering environment.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs from planning through product release.\nProven ability to manage schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple functions.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution in a complex environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or another regulated product-development environment.\nExperience managing complex hardware, embedded systems, or integrated hardware/software development programs.\nFamiliarity with structured product development processes, including design controls, risk management, verification and validation, and product lifecycle management.\nDemonstrated track record of improving program execution and driving teams toward predictable, on-time delivery.\nExperience working with global and distributed cross-functional teams.\nInclusion and Diversity\nGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
