The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).Job Description\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn system architecture and performance, integrating physics, hardware, software, algorithms, and clinical workflows.\nTranslate customer and clinical needs into clear system requirements and performance metrics.\nLead physics-based system analysis, modeling, and trade-off studies to optimize image quality and robustness.\nDefine and execute system-level verification and validation, including physics-based test methods.\nDrive cross-disciplinary technical decisions and manage system risks (FMEA, root cause analysis).\nSupport manufacturing, service, and field teams in resolving complex system and image quality issues.\nMentor junior systems engineers and contribute to systems engineering best practices.\nQualifications\nBSc or MSc in Physics or Engineering with strong physics background.\nExperience in medical systems - advantage.\n4+ years of relevant systems engineering work experience in projects involving design and development of complex systems.\nAdvantage - experience in more than one system engineering position, either in a single or multiple work-places\nGE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator.
