Founded in 2023 as a spin-off from GE, we combine a strong heritage of innovation with the agility of a new growth-oriented public company.\nJob Description\nReponsibilities\nLead and develop a team of program managers and vendor resources, setting a consistent delivery model, governance approach, and performance standard across enterprise technology programs\nDirect end-to-end delivery of multi-cycle ERP transformation programs (Oracle, SAP) across finance, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing, covering functional, technical, security, infrastructure, and change management tracks\nOversee delivery of best-of-breed SaaS implementations (such as Salesforce, Coupa, and Workday), custom application builds, and infrastructure and security programs, defining SDLCs and best practices for each program type that meet FDA and SOX requirements\nEstablish governance with clear KPIs, milestones, and reporting cadence, and track cost, schedule, and benefits so programs deliver on time, on budget, and on value\nManage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and tradeoffs across programs, global sites, and vendor partners\nAlign cross-functional business and technology executives on scope, priorities, and tradeoffs, and present program status and decisions to the company’s most senior executives\nLead cross-discipline teams to build integrated plans, and hold systems integrators and vendors accountable for delivery, quality, and cost\nEnsure all programs use global PMO standards, tools, templates, and frameworks rather than creating parallel versions, contribute improvements back to the PMO, and drive adoption of its standards across the broader IT organization\nIdentify and resolve issues proactively, and recommend improvements to existing processes\nShare technical, procedural, and business knowledge with others. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
