Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.\ntex\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nEssential Responsibilities\nLead execution of Supplier Quality & Development strategies that support business priorities, including New Product Introductions (NPI), product transfers, and sustaining quality improvement initiatives.\nAct as a key escalation leader, supporting complex supplier quality issues, leading root cause investigations, and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions\nDrive supplier performance improvements across key metrics, including DPPM, SCAR effectiveness, and NPI/Transfer quality readiness\nConduct supplier risk assessments and resiliency reviews, improve tier-2 supply chain visibility, and drive mitigation plans for critical risks.\nPartner cross-functionally with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Product Management to deliver high-quality products\nCompliance & Quality System\nEnsure execution of QMS and regulatory requirements associated with Supplier Quality & Development, including supplier audits and audit readiness\nSupport internal and external audits and ensure supplier compliance with GE HealthCare and regulatory standards\nDrive consistency in supplier qualification, monitoring, and corrective action processes\nRequired Qualifications\nThis role requires advanced experience in the Sourcing & Supplier Quality Development.
