Description\nResponsibilities\nOwning strategy, designing and implementation for builds, continuous integration, delivery, test and release processes for large and complex releases of a product and at times expands the scope across multiple concurrent releases.\nManaging and improving release process, focusing on scale and efficiency and deploying the right builds across environments.\nManaging key deliverables and mentors junior team members.\nContributing in driving initiatives such as defining standards and processes to ensure quality.\nWorking cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables.\nDeveloping and enhancing the test infrastructure and continuous integration framework used across teams.\nDetermining best practices and principals and promotes them across the team.\nDemonstrating expert knowledge in developing and executing automated builds and scripts.\nLearning new build and releasing techniques and methodologies and trains the team in the same.\nWorking with developers and stakeholders to deliver quality software through the build and deployment system.\nPartnering with and provides direction to fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions.\nEvangelizing and adopting and use industry best practices to improve Build, Release and Continuous integration and delivery processes.\nLeading and coordinating a team of DevOps/Build & Release Engineers, providing technical guidance, workload prioritization, coaching, and support to ensure successful delivery of release and deployment objectives.\nSupporting team development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, performance coaching, and fostering adoption of DevOps best practices across the organization.\nInterfacing with program & product teams for prioritizing, planning and executing DevOps deliverable.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong experience in software development with a strong focus on DevOps principles and practices.\nExperience leading, mentoring, or coordinating technical teams, with demonstrated ability to guide engineers and drive delivery outcomes.\nStrong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.\nExtensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).\nStrong understanding and experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nSolid understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and database systems.\nExperience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nAdditional
