Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.\nJob Description\nIn this role, you will:\nCollaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership across GE Healthcare Imaging SW teams to drive technology discussion and strategy alignment with business needs and timelines.\nLead multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes\nLead end-to-end execution & adoption of common platform releases across multiple modality programs and drive shared approach and outcomes-based tracking\nWork with technical team comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan\nEnable execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required\nManage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project\nManage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including senior leadership and executives\nEnsure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed and quality of deliveries are verified as per stakeholder expectation and quality metrics are on track.\nDrive operational efficiencies through workflow automation across diverse data sources\nEducation Qualification\nBachelor’s or Master’ s degree in Engineering with minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience and with hands on exposure to software development lifecycle required.\nRequired Skills:\nAt least 6+ years of program management experience in handling multiple teams within or across organization\nExperience in Healthcare domain would be an added advantage\nPMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification would be an added advantage\nStrong understanding of Agile methodology. Experience in working with large global distributed teams and knowledge of multiple Agile Frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP or equivalent.\nProven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change\nStrong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals\nDesired Skills:\nExcellent interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of organization\nStrong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources\nDemonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives\nAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality standards.\nCreative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues.\nAttention to detail and ability to work independently towards timely completion of diverse assignments\nKnowledge of quality and regulatory requirements and practices for Software, preferably HealthCare\nStrong analytical and strong problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans\nBe a change agent - actively champions and drives change initiatives, process improvement\nGood understanding of business analytics and operational metrics (with focus on data storytelling)\nProven experience in developing Power BI dashboards - Skilled in automating data workflows across diverse data sources such as defect dashboard, Agile PI Planning dashboards etc.\nAbility to build and integrate chatbot capabilities including integrating Power BI with chatbot interfaces\nProven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, with good technical expertise in Generative AI concepts and applications, and proficiency in tools such as GitHub Copilot and Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nAbility to work with cross-functional teams including senior leadership to gather, understand and translate requirements into effective solutions\nStrong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities\nPMP, SAFe, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications\nInclusion and Diversity\nGE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
