The successful candidate will help ensure continued product performance, regulatory compliance, manufacturing continuity, supply chain stability, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background, demonstrated program management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for solving complex technical and operational challenges through cross-functional collaboration.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nLead sustaining engineering programs from initiation through execution.\nDrive engineering change management activities involving Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Regulatory Affairs, and Suppliers.\nManage Supplier Change Request (SCR) intake, assessment, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and implementation.\nSupport compliance-related projects and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing product availability and shipment readiness.\nFacilitate cross-functional problem-solving and risk mitigation efforts.\nDevelop program plans, milestones, metrics, and dashboards.\nEvaluate installed-base support decisions aligned with long-term product and platform strategies.\nDrive process improvements and operational efficiencies across sustaining engineering activities.\nProvide clear communication and executive-level updates regarding risks, issues, tradeoffs, and recommendations.\nBuild strong partnerships across functional teams to drive execution excellence and accountability.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.\n5+ years of experience in engineering, sustaining engineering, program management, operations, or related technical environments.\nDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects or programs within hardware-based product organizations.\nEngineering background with the ability to understand technical challenges, evaluate tradeoffs, and facilitate engineering problem-solving.\nStrong communication and influence skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to drive execution, influence stakeholders, and deliver business outcomes.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a proven ability to identify inefficiencies and improve execution.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMedical device industry experience.\nExperience with Engineering Change Management (ECM).\nExperience managing Supplier Change Requests (SCR).\nProduct lifecycle management experience.\nCompliance or regulatory project experience.\nKnowledge of UL, ETL, and IEC standards.\nPMP certification.\nAgile project management experience.\nMaster's degree in Engineering or related discipline.\nWe expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust, lead with transparency, deliver with focus and drive ownership - always with unyielding integrity.\nOur total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
