Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.\ntex\nJob Description\nRole Summary/Purpose\nThe is a role to lead product design for reliability on system, image quality, hardware, software and service design to build quality product for customer, including setup the reliability tests methodology and identify the growth area for new product introduction programs with new digital/AI technical skills deployment.\nEssential Responsibilities\nUsing GE Design for Reliability methodology to drive team to delivery design for reliability analysis, modeling and gap/opportunity definition\nKnowing product user clinical usages/scenarios and design reliability tests for system, hardware\nDriving product expected service life discussion and decision for program in cross-function team with product manage\nDriving the reliability test infrastructure build, execution and test result analysis and design defects summary for design team with new digital/AI technical skills\nPreparing statistics data/analysis for service design improvement for product lifecycle\nClear and independently doing global communication to leadership on reliability design/execution\nLearning and leverage reliability design from other modalities eg. CT, MR, Surgery\nLeading reliability group works together on cycling execution\nQualifications / Requirements\nBS Degree in Reliability Engineering or Computer/ statistics Science with 3 years relevant work experience.\nPractical experience in reliability engineering and testing\nGlobal working experience in engineering\nStrong data analysis/trending and script design skills\nDesired Characteristics\nPassionate for team work and team discussion\nFamiliar with p-diagram and FMEA methodology\nWillingness to find issues to contribute the design team on quality and make constructive suggestion\nWillingness to learn on product design and reliability testing, and be humble\nNice to have on 6-sigma design experience\nStrong quality mindset with leadership’s support\nLanguage:\nFluent English communication skills is required for this job with a lot of global communication with peers and leaders\nNote:\nComponents or communication industrial reliability working experience is not preferred.\nInclusion and Diversity\nGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
