In this role, you will deliver projects that meet business needs, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.Job Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nBe responsible for delivery of projects (OTR. NPI. ITO) in Outage Services with a focus on refuel floor & under-vessel servicing.\nBe responsible for project financial performance, including cost control and delivery of margin. \nBe responsible for project schedule performance. including managing internal deliverables and supplier /vendor deliverables to meet GVH commitments.\nDrive standard GVH processes across projects and ensure procedural compliance.\nProvide leadership to ensure high quality deliverables are produced in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures and regulatory guidelines.\nSupport key business initiatives including new product and service introductions, outage work productivity and quality improvement, and new business growth.\nBe able to interact with senior level customers and GVH suppliers on commercial. technical and compliance issues.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience related to reactor maintenance activities\n Minimum of 3 years of project management experience\nEligibility Requirements\nAbility and willingness to work under high stress conditions.\nAbility and willingness to pass Fitness for Duty requirements and site security requirements to obtain and maintain unescorted access.\nAbility and willingness to work in radiation-controlled areas and radioactively contaminated areas.\nAbility and willingness to travel to plant sites as required.\nDesired Characteristics\nExcellent computer skills with the ability to use MS Office Suite software and Enterprise systems.\n (i.e., P6, PLM, Oracle)\nStrong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.\nKnowledge of BWR Vessels and Components and Reactor Services Tooling\nKnowledge of nuclear power plant refueling, maintenance. inspection, and under-vessel activities\nOpen communication style with proven ability to develop team relationships.\nExperience working with global customers and multi-cultural project teams.\nThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
