Your focus will be on driving cost-out initiatives and technological advancements that enhance the value and efficiency of our aeroderivative gas turbine repair network.\nHow You Will Make a Difference\nDriving, developing and executing the industrialization of new technologies and repair qualification projects to improve product outcomes.\nLeading cross-functional coordination between engineering, sourcing, quality, and repair shops to ensure project requirements are met.\nDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive industrialization metrics, reporting, and pacing activities.\nPartnering with Cost-Out-Team to create robust business cases to support additional repair capabilities and secure financial validation.\nImproving turnaround times for repairs by identifying supply chain bottlenecks of Aeroderivative technology and implementing effective action plans.\nCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to scout and partner with repair vendors.\nSkills for Success\nYou should be a proactive problem-solver with an owner’s mindset who thrives in dynamic business environments.\nThe ability to manage complex projects and deliver results across a global cross-functional network.\nThe capability to analyze large datasets using digital tools to track costs and project progress.\nAn understanding of the aeroderivative gas turbine repair landscape.\nAn expertise in navigating internal management systems to streamline industrialization planning.\nA keen interest in driving continuous improvement and customer-centric performance.\nA formal education and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements within service engineering or product management functions.\nWhere and how you'll work\nThis is a permanent position based in Carrara (Avenza plant).
