Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external testing benches, ensuring testing protocols are followed and results meet defined quality benchmarks.\nCustomer Quality Management: Act as a key interface for customers regarding quality performance. Manage the response process for escapes and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.\nPerformance Monitoring: Monitor key quality KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
