Your planning keeps projects moving, risks visible, and decisions well-informed.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with scope, milestones, and contractual requirements, including baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and resource-loaded plans.\nMonitor project progress against planned schedules, identify critical path impacts and schedule slippages, and recommend corrective and recovery actions.\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, site execution, and commissioning teams to gather progress updates and maintain accurate, current schedules.\nPrepare look-ahead schedules, catch-up plans, and recovery schedules; support project management in forecasting completion timelines and surfacing planning-related risks.\nGenerate periodic progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and milestone tracking reports to support project review meetings and decision-making.\nMaintain planning records, schedule revisions, and project control documentation in compliance with company procedures.\nAbout You\nYou are a detail-oriented project planning professional with a strong background in schedule development and control within complex, multi-discipline project environments.\nRequired\nBachelor of Engineering (EEE/Mech) from an accredited College or University\n10+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring within industrial, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), energy, or infrastructure environments\nProficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project\nDemonstrated ability to develop, interpret, and analyze project schedules, critical paths, and progress trends\nStrong analytical and reporting skills with experience producing S-curves, dashboards, and milestone reports\nPreferred\nPrior experience on large-scale EPC or energy sector projects across the full engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning lifecycle\nAbility
