Contributes to alignment among user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while continuing to grow independence in navigating ambiguity.\nJob Description\nDesign Strategy & Problem Framing\nContribute to defining customer and business problems using research, analytics, and stakeholder input. \nParticipate in discovery activities to identify user needs, workflow challenges, and opportunity areas. \nTranslate research findings and product requirements into clear design opportunities. \nWork with senior designers, engineers and product management to connect design decisions to intended user and business outcomes. \nExperience & System Design\nDesign cohesive solutions for defined features, workflows, or product areas. \nCreate annotated wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specs that clearly communicate software behavior. \nApply established design-system components, patterns, and accessibility standards. \nContribute improvements to shared components and interaction patterns in partnership with senior designers and design-system owners. \nParticipate in user research and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations. \nConsider how feature-level decisions affect adjacent workflows and product experiences. \nOutcome-Driven Product Development\nPartner with product management and engineering to translate user and business needs into design requirements and deliverables. \nExplain how design decisions support intended user and business outcomes. \nConsider desirability, feasibility, and viability when evaluating solutions. \nIncorporate feedback, research, and validation findings into design iterations. \nOwn assigned design work from exploration through delivery, with guidance appropriate to the complexity of the work. \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with product management, and engineering throughout the product-development process. \nCommunicate user needs and provide evidence-based design recommendations. \nParticipate in discussions about priorities, trade-offs, and solution direction. \nPresent design work clearly, explain rationale, and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders. \nRaise risks, inconsistencies, and unresolved questions early to support shared decision-making. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in design with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience in UX, product design, interaction design, or a related field. \nPortfolio demonstrating interaction design, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate design rationale. \nProficiency in Figma and experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes. \nExperience collaborating with product management and engineering to deliver digital product experiences. \nDesired Characteristics\nStrategic & Analytical Thinking\nAbility to connect user needs, product requirements, and business context. \nExperience using qualitative or quantitative evidence to inform design decisions. \nAbility to clarify moderately ambiguous problems with support from partners or senior designers. \nExecution Excellence\nDemonstrated ability to design and deliver well-defined features or workflows. \nExperience applying design systems, accessibility guidance, and validation practices. \nProficiency in Figma, including components, variants, shared libraries, and prototyping. \nFamiliarity with Figma Make or similar AI-assisted prototyping tools is a plus. \nCommunication & Ownership\nClear communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and recommendations. \nAbility to independently manage assigned design work, identify dependencies, and raise risks. \nReceptiveness to feedback and commitment to improving craft and product judgment. \nCollaboration & Adaptability\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across disciplines and organizational levels. \nAbility to adapt to evolving requirements, balance multiple inputs, and seek guidance when needed. \nCuriosity about complex domains and motivation to build expertise over time. \nAdditional Information\nRelocation Assistance Provided: No\n#LI-Remote -
