(approximately 7 months)\nJob Description\nWhat You’ll Experience\nAssignments & Projects: Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience\n Mentorship & Development: Learn from leaders across functions and develop leadership capabilities\nExposure to Work Environment: Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration\nWhere You’ll Contribute\nMaterials & Operations:\nAssist in material scheduling, inventory management, lean initiatives, process improvement, and system optimization.\nEngineering & Continuous Improvement:\nSupport project engineering, time studies, root cause analysis, and Lean/Kaizen projects.\nSales & Services Support:\nHelp manage CRM data, support sales processes, customer service, parts delivery, and outage planning.\nSite Construction & Commissioning:\nAssist in site planning, progress tracking, sub-contractor coordination, and safety compliance.\nEHS Trainee:\nSupport EHS monitoring, inspections, compliance, and awareness campaigns on-site.\nProcurement Trainee:\nAssist with purchase orders, vendor management, cost analysis, and project material coordination.\nField Engineer\nSupport service, resource, and sourcing teams with daily operations, including outage readiness, cost tracking, and resource planning.\nWhat You Bring\nStudents currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics , Civil) or Supply Chain Management , Environment, Health & Safety), a related STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or Business Administration or a related Management field, as well as students pursuing a diploma in Environment, Health & Safety.\nWhat Will Make You Stand Out\nStrong interest in EHS (Environment,
