Responsabilidades essenciais

  • Gerenciar a execução de pedidos, prazos, custos, qualidade e o relacionamento com fornecedores.
  • Atualizar o sistema ERP para garantir a precisão das informações de suprimentos.
  • Desenvolver planos de ação para corrigir desvios no fornecimento.
  • Executar atividades de expedição e gerir relatórios de despacho.
  • Monitorar o OTD (On-Time Delivery) e gerir penalidades por atrasos.
  • Reportar o status do fornecimento às áreas internas.
  • Integrar equipes multifuncionais (projetos, qualidade, engenharia, etc.) e fornecedores.
  • Negociar cotações de change orders decorrentes de escopos adicionais.
  • Coordenar o cronograma de inspeções e o suporte à equipe de qualidade.
  • Atuar como ponto de contato principal para fornecedores.
  • Otimizar o fluxo financeiro (cash-in/cash-out) e o recebimento de mercadorias.
  • Resolver pendências de faturamento e entrada de materiais.
  • Processar variações contratuais, escalonando demandas complexas para os compradores.
  • Participar de reuniões de kick-off e acompanhar planos de ação.

Qualificações requeridas

  • Graduação completa em Administração, Engenharia, Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Disponibilidade para viagem pelo menos 20% do tempo.
  • Sólida experiência no gerenciamento de suprimentos em um ambiente de fabricação Engineer-to-Order (ETO).
  • Conhecimento de produto, tais como, sistemas elétricos e mecânicos, BOP, moto bombas e painéis elétricos.
  • Conhecimento SAP e de Impostos.
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel e Power BI.
