Vos missions principales

• Industrialisation et montée en cadence : Piloter le lancement et l'accélération de la production de la nouvelle gamme de produits.
• Transformation opérationnelle : Faire évoluer notre culture industrielle vers davantage de standardisation, de rythme et de discipline opérationnelle, tout en maintenant l'excellence de nos activités personnalisées existantes.
• Gestion des opérations : Établir des processus robustes de planification, de standardisation des méthodes de travail et de pilotage de la performance en atelier (shopfloor management).
• Développement des talents : Adapter et structurer nos équipes via le recrutement et la formation, et orchestrer la mise en place progressive de nouveaux systèmes de travail posté (shifts) en fonction des volumes.
• Collaboration transversale : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'Ingénierie, la Supply Chain, la Qualité et les Achats pour garantir une industrialisation fluide, tout en naviguant efficacement dans notre organisation matricielle régionale et mondiale.
• Culture d'excellence : Maintenir et renforcer nos standards en matière d'Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (HSE), de 5S et de Lean Manufacturing tout au long de la transformation.

Profil recherché

• Vous avez une solide expérience en tant que leader d'usine ou des opérations industrielles.
• Vous avez déjà piloté avec succès des projets significatifs d'industrialisation ou de montée en cadence rapide de production.
• Vous possédez une expérience avérée dans des environnements de production en série ou à haute cadence, idéalement avec une transition vers la standardisation.
• Vous maîtrisez le Lean Manufacturing et la planification de production.
• Vous possédez de fortes compétences en gestion du changement et êtes capable d'accompagner une équipe établie à travers une transformation majeure.
• Vous savez fédérer les équipes en atelier tout en interagissant avec aisance au niveau de la haute direction.
• Une expérience dans le secteur des équipements électriques/électroniques, des machines industrielles ou de la conversion d'énergie est un atout majeur.
• Vous parlez couramment français et anglais.

Plant Leader (M/F/D)

Role Overview As a Plant Leader, you will take full responsibility for the site's manufacturing organization, leading the industrialization and ramp-up of new product lines. As our activity accelerates, your mission is to build the operating model needed to support this growth: manufacturing processes, workforce development, planning, and ramp-up. You will operate in a dynamic environment, balancing series production with the continued manufacturing of complex, design-to-spec products.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrialization & Ramp-up: Lead the launch and rapid production ramp-up of the new product range.
• Operational Transformation: Drive the cultural change required to move toward greater standardization, pace, and operational discipline, while continuing to lead existing customized manufacturing activities.
• Operational Excellence: Establish robust production planning, standard work, and shopfloor management performance routines.
• Workforce Development: Adapt the workforce structure through recruitment and training, and lead the progressive introduction of additional shifts as volumes increase.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement to ensure successful industrialization, while operating effectively within a regional and global matrix organization.
• HSE & Lean: Maintain and improve the site's positive progress in HSE, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing as the organization scales.

Candidate Profile

• Significant experience as a Plant, Manufacturing, or Operations leader.
• Proven track record of industrializing new products and rapidly scaling output.
• Experience in series, repetitive, or high-cadence manufacturing environments, ideally with experience transitioning from engineered-to-order models toward greater standardization.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and production planning.
• Strong change-management skills and the ability to lead an established workforce through significant transformation.
• Ability to engage credibly with shopfloor teams while operating at a senior leadership level, with strong stakeholder-management capabilities within a matrix.
• Experience within electrical/electronic equipment, industrial machinery, or power conversion environments is a strong plus.
• Fluency in French and English.
