If you’re unsure, apply.\nJob Description\nThis role requires an expert-level grasp of trade-offs involving delivery of Agentic AI solutions on Cloud infrastructure. You will develop and manage high-performing engineers and organize a large group of contractors to deliver on scope, quality and time.\nYou will manage a growing group of full-time employees and contractors focused on delivery. You will be responsible for researching and rolling out the latest technologies and methodologies adopted from industry-wide practices to deliver software using AI techniques.\nProvide day-to-day work direction for team members engaged in projects and delivery.\nYou will actively present leadership updates to GE Vernova executives and internal customers.\nYou’ll work with others to define future technology rollout and architecture for products and services.\nQuickly learn, internalize and develop a strong understanding of key priorities and how to map them to execution plans.\nYou’ll be expected to align with stakeholders to ensure that data and process changes required in systems are implemented in accordance with project objectives and timelines.\nFacilitate and coach software engineering teams on requirements estimation and work sizing.\nDrive a continuous learning culture to help guide continuous improvements.\nProvide leadership on Lean/Agile principles and development practices.\nUtilize tools to track progress, identify key risk areas for specific implementations, and assist in resolving conflicting priorities through proactive communication with stakeholders about requirements and timelines.\nOperate as an engaged AI leader who serves as a subject matter expert and technical expert for assigned programs and development initiatives.\nWork with system leaders and functional teams to ensure products and services adhere to compliance and controllership standards.\nThe AI Foundry builds AI solutions behind GE Vernova’s internal AI productivity applications.
