He/She also leads redesign projects involving the revision of engineering drawings.\nThis operational position requires close collaboration with Design Engineering Teams, Suppliers, and Manufacturing Sites to ensure component quality and availability.\nDLE position related to the manufacturing of HGP Static Components for Gas Turbines.\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nEnsure autonomous decision-making for non-conformances (internal and supplier) in accordance with technical specifications and current quality standards.\nDrive the resolution of technical problems requiring engineering expertise, while ensuring compliance with established procedures.\nConsult Design Engineers and Technical Experts to resolve complex technical issues outside of defined instructions.\nProvide advanced mechanical design expertise for defect analysis, propose sustainable corrective solutions, and implement preventative action plans.\nIdentify and evaluate redesign opportunities to optimize component manufacturability and performance.\nManage the change lifecycle and ensure the update of definition packages (drawings, specifications).
