effectively.\nDraft and manage key documents, including Method Statements, non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis (RCA) reports, project schedules, and resource plans.\nTraining & Mentorship\nDevelop the technical skills of over 60 supervisors across the MEA region to support Maintenance and E&C projects.\nServe as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members.\nStrategy & Problem Solving\nUtilize deep technical knowledge and critical thinking to propose solutions that go beyond standard procedures.\nAnalyze data from various internal and external sources to make sound, independent decisions.\nLead small, low-risk projects and drive team consensus on technical topics.\nPeople Management\nProvide indirect people management, including staffing support and performance development.\nCommunicate performance expectations clearly and handle sensitive personnel issues as required.\nCollaboration\nWork autonomously while coordinating closely with the Field Service, Project, Tooling, and Planning managers to meet customer expectations.\nApply best practices and ensure seamless integration across different functional areas.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering Technology or a diploma with relevant work experience\nMinimum 6 years of experience as a Technical Manager, Field Service Engineering, and/or Engineering on Gas Insulated Substations (GIS)\nExperience in customer relationship management, project implementation, and technical analysis\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nFluency in English\nThis role requires around 10% travel across MEA region\nDesired Characteristics\nArabic and French are an advantage\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to
