In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams-including EHS, HR, managers, and site personnel-to streamline processes and contribute to the readiness and safety of our workforce.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with data and systems, and is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nThe EHS & Site Documents Tracking Controller will collect, analyze and process Employees unrestricted documentation from multiple sources and systems and consolidate them for the organization of Project sites.\nThe EHS & Site Documents Tracking Controller will collaborate with managers, EHS Departments, HR Departments, supervisors, and SITE personnel as applicable to ensure accurate data is provided in a timely manner. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our GE Vernova vision and align with our organization’s core values.\nJob Description\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nCollect all data, ensure accuracy, and process through appropriate systems\nObtain information from EHS Depts, HR depts., managers, supervisors, and SITE personnel as applicable and load the data into systems of record.\nMonitor systems of record to ensure compliance and accuracy.\nExpedite Employees on missing or expired documentation.\nSupport Employees during on the correct use of internal tools.\nWork proactively with managers to ensure data is provided on time and in accordance with scheduled deadlines.\nAnalyze pre-requisites of each project assigned making sure that we comply on Legislative and EHS documentation required to fulfill customers’ needs.\nSupport supervisors/managers with employee readiness for sites by following checklists and processes.\nMonitor systems of record to ensure compliance and accuracy.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nTravel may be required.\nEnglish proficiency required\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\nMinimum: “Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Profesionales” (FP grado superior; (or equivalent knowledge or experience).\nExperience with web-based programs\nMicrosoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel\nIf contracted in Spain: Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring.
