inspection within expected cost, quality and schedule.\nEnsure all interfaces between components are established and agreed upon by Engineering design teams of mating parts and systems\nSave applicable models to the Digital Assembly then maintain and support up to date digital assembly builds\nExport tag applicable definition created by self and responsible purchased services based on jurisdiction and exportability classifications\nWork within the guidelines of applicable GE Policies & Procedures, Engineering Standards, Specifications, Government and Commercial Standards, and special security requirements\nStays current with industry developments in one’s field of expertise\nQualifications / Requirements\nDiploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering\nMinimum of three (3) years of mechanical engineering experience. \nFamiliar to Hydro Generator component definition (preferred), advanced GD&T skills, basic knowledge of ISO/ASME standards & proficient knowledge of NX software.\nKnowledge of International standards related to material specification\nBasic understanding of PLM processes.\nDesired Characteristics\nGood oral and written communication skills\nStrong knowledge in products / components/ Systems design\nStrong knowledge of computer aided design (CAD), preferably in Siemens NX\nAbility to work independently and capable of solving technical issues related to generator\nGood level of understanding in computer aided manufacturing (CAM) and manufacturing processes\nGood level of understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing as it relates
