Hand-over of Deliverables to Remote Team after completion of Job.\nUnderstand expected deliverables (delivery model, documents to deliver, delivery schedule, standards and examples to apply)\nStudy of Specification / Technical inputs\nProtection and Control Engineering of DCS & Conventional projects - Switchyard and Generator protection circuits including Bus Bar, Distance, Differential, feeder protection relays using multiple make IEDs (GE / ABB / Siemens / SEL etc.) Control Engineering using BCU for SCADA based Automation System\nPreparation of Technical Design, Engineering Calculations and Drawings. Check & Validate design documents\nSelection of IEDs / components (Relays, Bought-on-Jobs materials etc.) and BOM validation\nRelease of manufacturing instructions and inputs for Database configurations\nCo-ordinate with various stakeholders including Testing team for Internal Validation & FAT\nPrepare Compliance to customer observation / comments\nCompliance w.r.t. International Codes / Standards\nEvolve cost effective / optimized solutions\nShare Return of Experience & Knowledge Capitalization.\nImplement the applicable RoEs during design phase\nPrepare As-manufactured and As-built documentation.\nSchedule periodic reviews / follow-up meetings with front units\nAdapt to project delivery model depending on unit\nParticipate to meetings with front unit Technical leader and project management and finalize submission of deliverables, and commit in terms of man days and delivery.\nManage design time spent on relevant activities\nEnsure on-time delivery of Quality design deliverables.\nAnticipate and mitigate delivery issues and recommend change\nOn weekly basis provide Team lead and /or PM with project reviews. Project strategy, risk management\nFollow Project strategy\nHighlight scope or design changes (data for claims, VO)\nTrack, manage & mitigate identified or potential deviations / risks Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and Processes.\nDeploy Engineering tools as per strategy\nFollow GE drafting process\nEnsure issuance of technical specifications and basic document to enable procurement of materials.\nCoordinate and review technical offers from suppliers for relevant activity\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor Degree in Engineering\n4 to 5 years in B.E. / B.Tech.
