Programs will range from incremental enhancements to breakthrough innovations.\nThis role is ideal for a certified program management professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-impact solutions at the intersection of hardware, software, and grid intelligenc\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership\nLead end-to-end execution of NPI programs from initiation through commercial launch.\nDrive execution across multiple lifecycle phases in compliance with stage-gate governance and development processes.\nEstablish and maintain integrated program plans covering technical development, industrialization, validation, certification, manufacturing readiness, and commercial launch.\nDefine program execution strategies that optimize delivery performance across concurrent product introductions.\nCross-functional Coordination\nCoordinate activities across Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Services.\nManage inter-workstream dependencies, ensuring alignment of schedules, deliverables, and critical milestones.\nRemove execution barriers and facilitate timely decision-making across the organization.\nProgram Governance\nOrganize program reviews, gate reviews, executive updates, and steering committee meetings.\nMonitor program health through KPIs, milestone tracking, budget monitoring, and schedule adherence.\nEnsure appropriate documentation and governance requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle.\nChampion continuous improvement of NPI governance, execution methodologies, and program management practices across the portfolio\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify technical, operational, commercial, regulatory, supply chain, and resource risks.\nDrive mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when required to protect program objectives.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive program risk registers.\nResource & Portfolio Coordination\nCoordinate resource planning across multiple concurrent development programs.\nPartner with functional leaders to resolve resource conflicts and optimize execution.\nSupport portfolio prioritization in close collaboration with Product Management leadership.\nProduct Launch Readiness\nCoordinate cross-functional readiness activities for product launches, including manufacturing readiness, training, documentation, certifications, product data, service enablement, and commercial release.\nEnsure all launch criteria are satisfied before market introduction.\nSupport smooth transition from development into sustaining operations.\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the primary execution focal point for assigned programs.\nProvide regular status reporting, executive dashboards, and actionable insights to senior leadership.\nBuild strong collaborative relationships across global and regional teams.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nPMP certification or equivalent project management credential.\nMinimum 10 years of experience leading technical projects or engineering teams.\nMinimum 5 years of experience managing complex NPI, Product Development, or Technical Program Management initiatives.\nDemonstrated success delivering cross-functional programs in industrial, electrical, software, automation, or energy industries.\nStrong understanding of product development lifecycles and stage-gate methodologies.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects with globally distributed teams.\nProven ability to influence and lead without direct organizational authority.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities.\nProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).\nWillingness and ability to travel internationally as required.\nPreferred Characteristics\nMaster's in Business Administration (MBA), Operations or related discipline.\nExperience with enterprise SW programs, Agile practices, and global product launches.\nExperience working within matrix organizations and multinational engineering environments.\nFamiliarity with industrial operations, asset management, and predictive analytics is a plus.\nExperience in electrical utilities, smart grid, or industrial IoT is strongly advantageous.\nDesired Characteristics\nExecution-Focused -
