You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all Goods Received Note (GRN) entries across regional projects, managing internal escalations, and maintaining project cost reporting integrity.Job Description\nResponsibilities:\nDrive GRN Daily Management to address business queries and concerns with cross functional teams globally\nWork with cross functional teams like Project Management, Procurement & Sourcing to support reduction in AP Holds\nAnalyze & Report GRN data and key metrics and establish governance where necessary\nBe the single point of contact for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process awareness globally and ensure process compliance\nEstablish GR (Goods Receipting) regular process audits quality check\nCreate a plan to drive GRN process maturity\nContinuously support improvement efforts for GRN COE Initiatives including active participating in Lean & Continuous improvement events\nPerformance Measurement\nGR booking on time\nOn time payment improvement\nReduction of Holds\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Equivalent\nMasters Degree or MBA will be considered as a plus\nDesired Characteristics:\n5+ years of experience as GRN Analyst or in related Source to Pay roles previously\nStrong Goods Receipt knowledge.
