Job Description Summary

El pasante de Gestión de Proyectos apoya la ejecución del backlog de proyectos para la línea de productos de Soluciones de Software y Controles, bajo el negocio de Gas Power de GE Vernova, reportando al Gerente de Proyectos responsable de su cartera asignada. En este rol, el pasante construye bases prácticas en gestión de proyectos, contribuyendo a los resultados operativos y financieros de los proyectos bajo su gestión.

Job Description

Responsabilidades

  • Ejecución de proyectos: Colaborar con el Project Manager en la ejecución de contratos, contribuyendo activamente al cumplimiento de los objetivos de ingresos y margen de contribución.
  • Control de cronogramas: Asistir en la actualización del cronograma del proyecto, monitoreando hitos críticos y notificando cualquier desviación.
  • Gestión de comunicaciones: Facilitar la comunicación del proyecto mediante la redacción de minutas de reunión, reportes de estado y actualizaciones para partes interesadas internas y externas.
  • Control financiero: Apoyar la gestión presupuestaria, el seguimiento de costos, la facturación y las cuentas por cobrar, en estrecha coordinación con el PM.
  • Gestión de cambios: Colaborar en la documentación, registro y seguimiento de plazos y aprobaciones de cambios en el alcance del proyecto.
  • Reuniones de revisión: Apoyar la preparación de reuniones de revisión, análisis pre-mortem y lecciones aprendidas, consolidando datos y documentando planes de acción.
  • Gestión de clientes: Apoyar la comunicación con clientes y contratistas, elaborando correspondencia, presentaciones y reportes periódicos.
  • Cumplimiento y Calidad: Asegurar la organización y trazabilidad de la documentación técnica y contractual, siguiendo los procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.

Requisitos

  • Estudiantes de Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines (preferiblemente a partir del 4to semestre).
  • Idiomas: Inglés: Nivel intermedio a avanzado (indispensable) / Portugués (deseable).
  • Competencias clave: Gran capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • Herramientas técnicas: Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Obligatorio.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Smartsheet, MS Project o similar) - Deseable.
  • Familiaridad con SAP - Deseable.
