Degree Level preferred however HNC / HND level with proven industry involvement accepted.\nTechnical Expertise\nAdvanced design background in analogue and digital electronics, including mixed-signal designs.\nExperience with embedded hardware systems in industrial or energy-related applications.\nProven hands-on troubleshooting skills using standard lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyser, DMM, etc.).\nAbility to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical reports.\nUnderstanding of hardware reliability, failure analysis, and lifecycle support.\nKnowledge of EMC testing and CAD packages (Altium - highly desirable)\nPCB Layout Design\nAdvanced FPGA experience\nExperience\nExperience supporting hardware across R&D, NPI, and manufacturing.\nExposure to manufacturing support, production test, and supplier engagement.\nExperience working in global matrixed engineering organizations.\nSome technical leadership or team coordination experience preferred.\nProfessional Skills\nStructured problem-solving mindset.\nClear and effective technical communication.\nAbility to manage multiple technical issues and small projects in parallel.\nComfortable working in regulated, safety-critical, or high-reliability environments.\nDesired Characteristics\nDesign Experience with energy, power electronics, grid, or industrial control systems.\nKnowledge of relevant standards (e.g. safety, EMC, environmental).\nPrior experience in sustaining engineering, field support, or reliability engineering roles.\nAbout Us:\nGE Vernova is a world leader in the energy solutions market with a portfolio of energy businesses across the globe.
