This role is central to accelerating new product introductions (NPI), integrating modern diagnostic tools, and ensuring rigorous quality and compliance standards across our hardware and software ecosystems.Job Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nExecute Test Strategies: Develop, prepare, and execute advanced test setups, diagnostic procedures, and complex experiments to rigorously evaluate hardware and software interactions.\nSystem-Level Troubleshooting: Perform advanced system-level troubleshooting across multiple variables to resolve intricate engineering issues and optimize performance.\nLeverage Advanced Tools: Utilize innovative diagnostic tools and modern technical frameworks to accelerate troubleshooting cycles and validate test procedures against real-world hardware performance.\n NPI Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical focal point for new product introductions (NPI), providing critical, actionable feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams.\nQuality & Compliance: Lead quality and compliance initiatives by identifying defect trends, managing concessions, and ensuring full regulatory alignment.\nDocumentation & Lifecycle Support: Drive the development of comprehensive engineering, manufacturing, and service documentation to support full product lifecycle requirements.\nTechnical Mentorship: Oversee technical communications and mentoring initiatives to upskill team members and elevate overall team capability.\nProject Execution: Manage complex, high-impact assignments with limited direction, consistently meeting rigorous project milestones and operational objectives.\nRequired Education and Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college (or equivalent knowledge/industry experience).\nMinimum of 4 years of professional technical experience in electronics systems, hardware testing, or product development.\nMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience performing complex, system-level troubleshooting and executing diagnostic test procedures.\nDesired Skills\nAdvanced, intuitive proficiency in system-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.\nDemonstrated proficiency in utilizing and modifying computerized work systems and engineering databases.\nProven ability to draw accurate conclusions and independently coordinate the implementation of design or process corrections.\nHigh proficiency in interpreting, translating, and explaining complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong collaborative mindset.\nDemonstrated ability to operate autonomously with limited direction and ambiguous initial information.\nOngoing commitment to maintaining cutting-edge knowledge of current electronics and testing technology.\nDeep expertise in electronics lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, DAQs) and advanced test methods.\nProactive, solution-oriented approach to complex problem-solving and cross-functional team collaboration.\nAdditional Information\nRelocation Assistance Provided: No\nCandidates should be aware that this role involves a client's critical infrastructure; shortlisted candidates would therefore be subject to heightened security checks as directed by our clients.
