You will drive innovation and technical excellence, ensuring our tools meet the highest safety and efficiency standards.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign & Engineering: Lead all aspects of tooling design, including mechanical analysis, material selection, and system compatibility.\nEnd-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the entire project cycle from concept and design reviews to 3D modeling/drafting, manufacturing support, and creating comprehensive work instructions.\nStakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with FieldCore, GE Product Services, design teams, and both local and global suppliers to drive tooling development.\nTesting & Validation: Conduct hands-on testing and on-site validation at customer locations.\nDocumentation: Maintain high-quality engineering documentation in compliance with company procedures and participate in formal/informal design reviews.\nProject Delivery: Ensure technical requirements, project schedules, and performance commitments are met consistently.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n Education: Master’s degree (MSc) or Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with proven professional experience in machine/tooling design.\nTechnical Expertise: Strong proficiency in mechanical and structural analysis.\nSoftware Skills: Advanced knowledge of engineering tools, specifically NX and Ansys Workbench.\nDomain Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanics, dynamics, and strength of materials.\nSoft Skills: Creative mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
