Responsibilities include:Product development and deployment of new technologies and architecture by designing, implementation, and testing of OT cybersecurity solutions for new unit and services.\nAddress rigorous security requirements while maintaining the safety, availability, and reliability of physical assets.\nMentoring a team of engineers in control server networks and cybersecurity.\nThe position requires working with a global, cross-functional team to enhance platforms for power generation applications.\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nThis role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for gas power control and driving the deployment of new technologies. Key responsibilities include:\nCollaborate with product line leaders to capture and translate customer cybersecurity requirements for the NPI teams.\nWork with technical leaders, system architects, and principal engineers to develop test plans for product cybersecurity strategies and product development.\nDrive the product development and deployment of new technologies and lifecycle tools for application sizing, installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.\nBe the point of contact for project teams for technical questions and guidance on OT cyber security.\nDocument standard procedures for product lifecycle stages related to cybersecurity services.\nEvaluate and implement virtualization technologies.\nDrive security technologies, including firewall, IDS, endpoint security solutions etc within the control system.\nTrain and coordinate with global teams on new cybersecurity service releases.\nSupport field personnel in resolving technical issues and coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, and services.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor/Master or above in Electronics Engineering/Computer engineering/software engineering/controls-instrumentation engineering Industrial Automation or equivalent.\n6+ years of experience in Control sever/network design\nHands on experience of Network, Compute, Data, Storage and Application security principles for on-premises/cloud applications\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to influence.\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nEffective problem identification and solution skills\nDesired Characteristics\nExperience Knowledge of NERC/CIP, IEC 62443 standards\nAbility to coordinate several programs simultaneously\nProven team player with solid cooperation, flexibility and demonstrated capacity to learn complex information quickly\nGood oral and written communication skills\nHigh energy team player with multi-cultural skills, able to influence effectively in a decentralized, cross functional matrix and global environment\nAbout Us\nGE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
