ensure compliance with customer comments and specifications.\nLead and participate in design reviews, ensuring adherence to quality procedures, work instructions, and engineering processes.\nAttend customer technical meetings to secure timely approvals.\nSelect and finalize IEDs, relays, and Bought-Out Job materials (BOJ); raise purchase requisitions in line with delivery timelines.\nRelease manufacturing instructions and project configurations.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders, including the testing team, and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to ensure closure of open points.\nProvide technical support at site, resolving issues and managing snag lists.\nPrepare and submit as-built documentation post-commissioning.\nCapture and apply Return on Experience (RoE) in future project designs.\nManage technical interfaces with sub-suppliers and partners, ensuring data consistency and alignment.\nTrack and manage the evolution of input data throughout the project lifecycle.\nAdhere to all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) procedures and demonstrate a strong commitment to safe working practices.\nTime Delivery & Execution Monitoring\nEnsure on-time delivery of high-quality design deliverables to all stakeholders.\nMonitor and manage detailed execution progress in alignment with customer milestones.\nCoordinate with the Team Lead or Project Manager to schedule technical meetings with stakeholders as needed to align designs.\nIdentify and document extra work for Variation Order (VO) preparation where applicable.\nTrack and manage design time spent on relevant activities, ensuring adherence to budget.\nEscalate to the Team Lead or Project Manager when fast-tracking is required to meet critical milestones.\nQualifications/Requirements\nQualification :\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) or (Electrical)\n8-10 years of experience independently managing Protection & Control design activities for switchyard and generator applications.\nStrong knowledge of Protection IEDs, protection philosophies, and system concepts.\nFamiliarity with cubicle manufacturing processes, including panel layout, wiring, and assembly standards.\nProficient in engineering calculations and use of design tools for protection and control systems.\nSolid understanding of power systems and primary equipment used in substations and generation plants.\nWorking knowledge of Substation Automation Systems (SAS) is an added advantage.\nWell-versed in utility-specific practices and standards, ensuring compliance with diverse customer requirements.\nKnowledgeable in project organization and engineering processes, contributing to efficient project execution and delivery.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong oral and written communication skills with internal and external customers.\nStrong interpersonal & problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently.\nCollaboration and Teamwork;
