If you enjoy solving complex networking challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this could be a great fit.\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will:\nNetwork Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network related issues, both hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime.\nLayer 2 & Layer 3 Support: Provide troubleshooting support for routing and switching environments.\nUTM Firewall Management: Work with UTM firewalls to update security and traffic polices, debug traffic flows and firewall rules.\nNetwork Configuration Design and Validation: Review and validate network configurations to ensure they align with company standards and best practices.\nPerformance Monitoring: Utilize network monitoring tools to validate the health and performance of all network systems.\nDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate network documentation, including configurations and diagrams to accurately depict steady state information.\nCollaboration: Work closely with other IT team members, vendors and customers located throughout the world.\nIncident Response: Act as a point of contact for resolving network related incidents and outages. (There is no requirement for on call support)\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nCertifications: At least CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent certification.
