marine, industry and all related services.Job Description\nMain responsibilities:\nLead the design, implementation, and commissioning of industrial network and OT security systems in line with organisational objectives, industrial standards, and regulatory requirements.\n\nConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to safeguard critical OT assets.\n\nDevelop and implement project-specific system architecture models tailored to customer requirements.\n\nConfigure, harden, and secure industrial network systems, ensuring redundancy and high availability to minimise downtime.\n\nEnsure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800 series, ISO 27001, and industry regulations.\n\nMonitor emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and technology trends to enhance OT security posture.\n\nProvide expert cybersecurity guidance to engineering and project teams.\n\nProduce and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, IP design, and verification plans.\n\nMentor and coach junior engineers to develop skills, knowledge, and best practices.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.\n\nMust have requirements:\nDegree-level qualification in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience and certifications.\n\nProven experience in OT cyber security or network engineering within an OT/industrial environment, typically gained in 7 to 10 years.\n\nHands-on experience configuring, hardening, and securing industrial networks and switches/firewalls.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of OT systems, ICS, SCADA, and DCS technologies.\n\nSolid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and related industrial standards.\n\nExperience with cybersecurity tools such (i.e. Wireshark, Nessus, Burp Suite, CIS Benchmark, Trellix, Acronis), and Microsoft virtual environments.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with antivirus, encryption, and endpoint security tools.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects or customers concurrently.\n\nCollaborative team player with strong influence and communication skills, able to thrive in ambiguous or evolving environments.\n\nRelevant professional certifications, such as ISA/IEC 62443, CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA N+, or
