part in the energy transition.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild tender schedules and cost estimates\nSupport tenders and oversee project planning\nDevelop project schedules and budgets in relevant tools\nMaintain project schedule, cost forecasts, and actual/committed cost registers\nMonitor cost movements, productivity, scope, and progress against forecasts\nAnalyze trends and provide schedule/cost forecasts\nMaintain schedule and cost risk registers\nEnsure accuracy of budgets, actuals, forecasts, and change order estimates\nUpdate systems to reflect current cost and schedule status\nReport project status internally and externally\nCommunicate cost, schedule, forecast, and risks to project teams and cost owners\nPresent financial and project control data in reviews\nCollaborate with PMs, Finance Controllers, cost owners, and third parties\nSupport project closeout and claims\nEnsure compliance with global standards, WBS, processes, procedures, and tools\nEnsure quality of project controls reporting\nReconcile approved project financial data with accounting books\nComply with quality procedures and address non-conformances promptly\nSupport cost reduction strategies with functional teams\nEnsure efficiency of the project cost control team\nIdentify standardization/optimization opportunities and support lean improvement initiatives\nDemonstrate commitment to health and safety\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering \nMinimum 4 years' experience in planning large turnkey projects\nMinimum 2 years' experience in projects providing cost controlling on large turnkey projects\nStrong knowledge of planning and use of Primavera\nStrong oral and written language skills in English\nAbility to live in Ankara\nDesired Characteristics:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering \nKnowledge of cost control function on large complex turnkey projects\nKnowledge of Grid Solutions and GIS substations\nKnowledge of forensic analysis on large complex turnkey projects\nAnalytical skills to use data to forecast outcomes\nClear communicator with strong communication and influencing
