Dutch is an advantage.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the execution of EPC turnkey projects or electrical packages for high-voltage substations and switchgear projects\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle\nEnsure project execution is aligned with company processes, contractual requirements, and customer expectations\nCoordinate multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization\nBuild strong relationships with customers and maintain a customer-focused approach throughout project execution\nApply electrical engineering knowledge to support project planning, decision-making, and execution\nIdentify and proactively manage project risks, opportunities, issues, and interfaces\nMaintain effective communication with customers, site teams, management, and internal stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and quality requirements\nPromote a strong safety culture and integrate Environment, Health, and Safety requirements into project execution\nSupport continuous improvement and efficient project delivery practices\nRequired Qualifications\nSignificant experience in project management within electrical infrastructure, power systems, substations, or industrial/plant engineering environments\nExperience in turnkey projects, preferably in high-voltage substations, switchgear, ACS, FACTS, or related grid infrastructure\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with specialization in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a comparable qualification\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage multiple interfaces effectively\nExperience managing technical, commercial, and financial risks in complex projects\nFluent in English\nDutch is an advantage\nWillingness to travel and work from site as required\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in transmission and distribution projects, Power Projects in the Netherlands or wider European market and internal experience is an advantage.\nProject management certification such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent\nFamiliarity with project planning, reporting, and execution tools\nExperience with construction, installation, testing, and commissioning
