Engineer - Electrical, you will be responsible for:\nBoth Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development.\nExecute supplier PPAP(Production part approval process)/qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence.\nDrive PPAP rigor to APQP and internal procedure requirements.\nCross functional collaboration with engineering/sourcing/product management to achieve alignment towards quality objectives.\nExecute audit plan on assigned components/suppliers.\nSupport and lead where necessary analysis and containment of supplier escaping defects.\nRequired Qualifications\nThis role requires minimum experience of 12+ years in Manufacturing, & Supplier Quality Engineering\nTechnical experience with Electrical systems.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.\nProblem Solving and structured RCA process execution experience\nKnowledge and application of APQP, PPAP, Measurement system analysis, PFMEA(Process Failure mode effects & analysis), Statistical process capability, RCA methods and Auditing.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex workload independently.\nExperience with Lean techniques and tools.\nFlexibility to work with cross functional teams in multiple time zones including US, Europe\nGreat communication and presentation skills\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time\n\nDesired Characteristics\nExperience in Advanced Product Quality Planning and sourcing quality from the Wind or Automotive Sectors\nMaster’s degree in advanced manufacturing/processes.\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.\nAbility to document, plan,
